One owner, many branches: how inkeep branch licences work
You pay once for each branch, and each branch can be on the plan it needs. Here is how it works, with an example.
inkeep Team · · 2 min read
inkeep is sold per branch, with a one-time payment. Each branch gets its own licence, and each licence can be on a different plan. A business can start with one branch and add more as it grows, without forcing every location onto the same package.
The two plans
- Inkeep Standard — core POS and sales, basic inventory, basic expenses and reports, limited staff accounts and selected business tools for one branch.
- Inkeep Complete — everything in Standard plus full reporting, complete expense management, customer and supplier management, staff permissions and activity tracking, the online store and the tools made for your type of business.
Current prices are always on our pricing page.
An example
A pharmacy with three outlets might choose:
- Main branch — Complete
- Second branch — Standard
- Third branch — Complete
The owner pays once for three licences. One owner account sees all three branches and compares them side by side, while each branch manager only sees and does what their permissions allow.
Your type of business, your tools
When you sign up you tell us whether you run a shop or supermarket, a pharmacy or a restaurant. You get the tools that make sense for you — products and stock for shops, batch and expiry tracking for pharmacies, tables and kitchen orders for restaurants — without the clutter of features you'll never use.
What "lifetime" means
A lifetime licence covers the included services for that branch, subject to our terms. It includes normal business use, updates and backups within the plan's stated allowance. Third-party charges — like SMS messages or delivery fees — and any usage limits are shown before you pay.
Getting started
Every new business gets a free trial so you can set up and try everything. When you're ready, request a licence from the app and our team will confirm payment and switch your branch on.
