You pay once for a branch and keep the services included in its plan, with updates, for as long as inkeep runs the service and within the plan's usage allowance. The full wording is in our licence terms.
Charges from other companies — like SMS messages, delivery fees or bank charges — are separate, and we show them before you pay. If a branch needs more than its allowance (for example many more devices or a lot of file storage), we'll agree the extra with you first.
Yes. Each branch has its own licence. A main branch can be on Complete while a smaller one is on Standard. You see all of them from one owner account.
Pay by bank transfer and send the receipt on WhatsApp. We switch your branch on the same day.
Everything you recorded stays safe. Branches without a licence can still be opened to look at your records, but new sales need a licence. Sales made offline just before the trial ended still sync.
Yes. Your records are saved on our servers as you sync, and encrypted backups are made every day and kept in a separate location.
